Structure
- The chair consists of one or two directors, who must be professors at the University of Valencia, and appointed by the Principal.The Chair’s director will be responsible for the academic and economic management.
- Joint Committee with an equal number of members from the University of Valencia and the signatory company/institution. The Committee will approve the programme of activities and the areas of work of mutual interest, and an activity and economic report. The number of members of the Committee shall be determined by the agreement for the establishment of the Chair.
- The Chair may add technical and administrative personnel in accordance with the funds available and the functions to be performed, but in no case could this be assumed by the University.
