RESOLUTION on the awarding of grants for the 1st edition of the Activa Cultura Nau Gran Competition
1. PURPOSE OF THE COMPETITION.
The aim of this competition is to promote the development of creative and artistic activities as a means of expression and social criticism among the students of the La Nau Gran programme of the University of Valencia. To this end, the competition is announced to award up to three financial grants to develop and implement three cultural and artistic projects.
2. REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS.
2.1 Those who are or have been enrolled in an Itinerary, General Studies, Advanced Studies in Philosophy and Psychology, Nau Gra en Obert or Nau Gran en Transición, of the La Nau Gran programme of the University of Valencia in the academic years 2019-2020, 2020-2021 or 2021-2022, are eligible to participate.
2.2 Participation in the competition is in group mode. Groups of at least 2 people can apply, and all members must comply with the requirements of base 2.1.
3. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS.
3.1 The competition is intended to support the development of a maximum of 3 cultural and creative projects created by students of La Nau Gran, which must be developed on university premises during the 2021-2022 academic year. The projects can be: tangible or intangible artistic practices, dramatized readings, dance, theater, photography, painting, decorative arts, installations, performances, network art, video art, actions, exhibitions, interventions, curatorship, etc.
3.2 The development of the projects must have a maximum duration of 2 hours, except in the case of exhibitions, installations or other similar creations. Under no circumstances may the project involve aggression or deterioration of university buildings and facilities.
3.3 The projects must be presented or developed in the premises of the University of Valencia before May 31, 2022.
