SELF-REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Nau Gran en Obert Regulations

Enrolment in a course implies acceptance of the Nau Gran en Obert regulations. 

It is recommended to check before enrolment that you have access to the self-enrolment application.

If the password for self-registration doesn't work...

Remember that payment is made by bank card over the Internet, so check whether your bank requires an application to be installed on your mobile phone and if so, have it operational.

IMPORTANT: You can request a refund of the registration fee up to 30 calendar days after the start of the course, when there is an unforeseen situation and always with a request accompanied by an official receipt to be sent to naugranenobert@uv.es or delivered to the Servei de Cultura (c/ Universitat, 2).

No refund of fees or change of group will be accepted in case of student error. It is the student's responsibility to check the compatibility of the course timetable with other activities before enrolling.

It shall be considered a supervening situation:

  • Illness of the person concerned or of a first-degree relative.
  • Any other circumstance that the Servei Management deems appropriate.

SELF-REGISTRATION

If you do not have a computer or have difficulties filling in the registration form, you can go to the offices of La Nau Gran, located on the 2nd floor of La Nau Cultural Centre (University, 2) to register in person with staff from the Service at the following times: 

Until 15 February: from 09:00h. - 14:00h., Mondays also from 16:00h. - 18:00h

From 15 February: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 to 14:00 and Mondays also from 16:00 to 18:00

NO APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED, people will be attended in strict order of arrival and will be assigned a number. Numbers will be available at the main entrance to La Nau Cultural Centre, C/ Universidad, 2, from 8:30 a.m. onwards. After collecting your number, you will have to wait to be served in the room indicated by the concierge's office.

People who come to be attended in person must have an email address. If they have alumni.uv email, they must know their username and password.

It is necessary to have previously consulted the range of courses on offer and to know which ones you wish to enrol in. This will speed up the service and avoid long waits.

Payment
Payment is made by credit card during the self-enrolment process. You must have your bank's app installed on your mobile phone in order to be able to verify the payment of the enrolment fee.
