<d1>, <d2>,... are the depot vertices

<v1> and <v2> are the end vertices of the lines, <c> is the total cost of serving the line and <n> is the number of segments into which the line is split.

<u1>, <u2>,... <un> are the vertices created to split the line, where <un>=<v2>., and <c1>, <c2>,... are the costs of the corresponding segments.

<nr1>, <nr2>,... are the required vertices

<cnr1>, <cnr2>,... are the service costs of the required vertices

<dnr1>, <dnr2>,... are the demands of the required vertices

<n1>, <n2>,... are the vertices (including the ones used to split the lines) and <x1> <y1>, <x2> <y2> are the corresponding coordinates.
