The Spanish Association of Applied Linguistics celebrates its annual conference during the days 19-20 April in Cadis.

The lecturer Alícia Santolària participated in the act with the communication «L'escriptura de textos expositius en l'educació infantil» (Writing of expositive texts in preschool education).

In the same table participated representatives of other worldwide research groups interested in research focused on teaching languages, especially in initial writing and in teaching practices that promote writing among the youngest students.

The presentation allowed for having a conversation on how to bring writing teaching closer in the first years thanks to mediations such as textual genres and dictation when being adult.
