During the first week of the last month of April, the lecturer Susana Sánchez, from the Department of Language and Literature Teaching of the University of Cádiz (member of the Research Group in Professional Development of Teachers, DPD) did a research stay in the Faculty of Teacher Training of the Universitat de València invited by the GIEL group (Research Group in the Teaching of Languages)

During the stay it was possible to increase the collaboration that was started previously by the lecturer Alícia Santolària, focused on research about initial literacy at school, as well as sharing information with other works in development at the group. In addition, during these days, the lecturer Susana Sánchez took part in the Research conferences in teaching languages: Enseñanza / Aprendizaje de la lengua oral en Educación Infantil y Educación Primaria organised by the lecturer Montserrat Pérez, who is also a member of GIEL.

In this way, the relationship between the University of Cádiz and the Universitat de València in research and teaching collaboration in the field of teaching languages is strengthened.
