This estimate comes from one same study as the
FLUVA (ii) estimate (1). Here, 3fs / Ts = 4.0 ´ 10-6 and c
= 7. Hence, min[ms/n/c]
= 5.7 ´ 10-7 and max[ms/n/c] = 4.0 ´ 10-6. Using
the exponential plus lethal class model to correct for selection bias as in the
FLUVA (ii) estimate, we obtain a = 0.33 and ms/n/c = 1.7 ´ 10-6.
