Master in Employment and Intervention in the Labour Market
The Masters
creates experts in labour market intervention
via employment policies, and of addressing
various labour market issues. It offers a
multidisciplinary approach, from legal,
sociological, economic and psychological
perspectives. The principal components are
the legal framework of employment policy, the
Valencian labour market, employment and regional
socioeconomic development, gender perspectives,
labour mediation and employment programme
management. It includes work experience in institutions, organisations and businesses active in the field of labour relations and employment policies. It also contains bridging and further training modules (Labour Relations, Negotiation Techniques, Labour Economics, and Social and Labour Policies) to offer specialised subjects in an appropriate and uniform way for students who have not previously studied this field. With an additional research module it allows access to the Doctoral programme in Social Sciences, Employment and Human Resources at the University of Valencia. |
