High-throughput sequencing equipment that allows obtaining short sequences of up to 300 bp.
High-throughput sequencing kit with different output depending on the reagents used. With this equipment, up to 25M paired sequences of 2x300 bp (15 Gb) can be obtained, which allows multiplexing a large number of samples.
The technology used is sequencing by synthesis, through the incorporation of reversible terminators. As this is a second-generation sequencing technology, it is necessary to amplify the libraries to be sequenced by bridging PCR.
De novo sequencing of small genomes, bacteria and viruses, metagenomics, amplicon sequencing (16S, ITS, others), sequencing of target regions, among others.
