Repte d'innovació en el qual els projectes participants hauran de mostrar solucions que atenguen almenys a un d'aquests tres objectius: Finance for Youth, concebut per a millorar i l'experiència d'usuari, generar confiança per a atraure i fidelitzar a clients més joves i ampliar les oportunitats financeres per a la seua educació i progrés; Finance for Elderly, que busca que les persones majors puguen administrar fàcilment les seues finances i gaudir d'una experiència més fluida, transparent i personalitzada de la banca digital; i Finance for Unbanked, que proposa solucions per a l'accés a productes financers per part d'aquelles persones que no disposen d'un compte o estan fora del sistema financer.

    Entrepreneurship is hard work. After the excitement of ideation and creation comes the challenging work of financing and marketing your venture, and growing your business. Designed for female entrepreneurs in various stages of the entrepreneurial process, the Banco Santander WX Program, in partnership with the UCLA Anderson School of Management, equips founders and owners of growing businesses with the leadership and business training required to successfully scale their ventures

    Using a blended learning format in three modules, the Santander WX Program better prepares female entrepreneurs to achieve long-term success by applying the fundamental concepts of business, strategy, and leadership.
