Requisits

  • Els candidats han de ser majors de 18 anys, amb un alt nivell d'anglés i presentar la seua sol·licitud a través de Santanderx.com.

Duració:

  1. Programa de capacitació empresarial en línia (4 setmanes)
  2. Simulador empresarial digital (4 setmanes)
  3. Dia de demostració global remota.

Premi de beca:

  • 36 beques que inclouen: Programa de capacitació empresarial, Simulador digital i Dia mundial de demostració
  • 400 beques que inclouen: Programa de capacitació empresarial

Designed for female entrepreneurs in various stages of the entrepreneurial process, the Banco Santander WX Program, in partnership with the UCLA Anderson School of Management, equips founders and owners of growing businesses with the leadership and business training required to successfully scale their ventures

    Using a blended learning format in three modules, the Santander WX Program better prepares female entrepreneurs to achieve long-term success by applying the fundamental concepts of business, strategy, and leadership.
