Santander X Challenge || Finance for All

Reto de innovación en el que los proyectos participantes deberán mostrar soluciones que atiendan al menos a uno de estos tres objetivos: Finance for Youth, concebido para mejorar y la experiencia de usuario, generar confianza para atraer y fidelizar a clientes más jóvenes y ampliar las oportunidades financieras para su educación y progreso; Finance for Elderly, que busca que las personas mayores puedan administrar fácilmente sus finanzas y disfrutar de una experiencia más fluida, transparente y personalizada de la banca digital; y Finance for Unbanked, que propone soluciones para el acceso a productos financieros por parte de aquellas personas que no disponen de una cuenta o están fuera del sistema financiero.

    Entrepreneurship is hard work. After the excitement of ideation and creation comes the challenging work of financing and marketing your venture, and growing your business. Designed for female entrepreneurs in various stages of the entrepreneurial process, the Banco Santander WX Program, in partnership with the UCLA Anderson School of Management, equips founders and owners of growing businesses with the leadership and business training required to successfully scale their ventures

    Using a blended learning format in three modules, the Santander WX Program better prepares female entrepreneurs to achieve long-term success by applying the fundamental concepts of business, strategy, and leadership.
