The UCLA Anderson - Banco Santander WX program is designed for global founders and owners of growing businesses to enhance their skills in the fundamentals of business, strategy, and leadership and support them in scaling their ventures and enhancing their company’s’ management, revenues, profits and market impact.

Preference may be given to female entrepreneurs enrolled at institutions that are affiliated with Santander Universities who have been in business for an average of 2-5 years with approximately $500,000 in revenue, and whose companies are positioned for growth.

  Using a blended learning format in three modules, the Santander WX Program better prepares female entrepreneurs to achieve long-term success by applying the fundamental concepts of business, strategy, and leadership.
