On Friday 23rd September, at 7 p.m., at Llibreria Pynchon & Co in Alacant the book "Obvietats (o quasi). Filosofia necessària” (Valencian for Obviousness (or almost). Necessary Philosophy) by Tobies Grimaltos. In addition to the author, Diego Gómez, mayor of Alzira; Manuel Bares and Lirios Vercet, both professors of philosophy, will also take part in the event.

Often the hardest thing to see and to say is the most obvious. We reflect on a series of twenty obviousness that, although they are obvious, are not always accepted at the outset, may even provoke discussion and, if we stop to think about them, can open windows and illuminate other areas of our minds. The implicitness that this obviousness make explicit is often buried under countless prejudices, misunderstandings and confusions. Clarifying one's thinking and narrowing down concepts helps a lot to clarify ideas, and it is worth spending some time on this task.
