The Healthy Eating Guide, published by the University of Valencia in 2014 as part of the Sustainable Campus program, aims to promote the Mediterranean diet among the university community.

Through the Healthy Eating Guide, the intention is to offer general advice to improve nutritional education, so that we can choose at any time the foods and combinations of foods that will provide us with the most appropriate nutrients and phytochemicals.
