The 2nd Entrepreneurship Week will present to the university community the institutional strategy designed to promote entrepreneurship at the heart of the University. As a new feature, this edition will feature two hackathons arising from the Uvemprén-Santander Universities Campus agreement. On the one hand, the Health, Food & Science Entrepreneurship Classroom is an initiative aimed at generating triple-impact business ideas in the fields of food, health and nutrition. On the other hand, the IngeniaUV hackathon for female entrepreneurship is also aimed at generating triple impact start-ups and giving visibility to entrepreneurial projects with a gender perspective. This IngeniaUV hackathon includes three "Enterprising Women" prizes, worth €1,000 each, in order to meet the objective of promoting and encouraging female entrepreneurship in the university community, as set out in the "Encouraging female leadership in start-ups or spin-offs" line of the LLAMP 5UCV Innovative Entrepreneurship Campus agreement.

In addition, the event will include an inaugural conference by Dr. Teresa Cercós Fortea, Importaco's Director General for Quality, R&D&I and the Environment. On the other hand, the programme is completed with activities such as workshops on educational innovation experiences in university entrepreneurship and grants for the PDI (teaching and research staff) of the Universitat de València, with the participation of the Lifelong Learning and Educational Innovation Service, the ADEIT Foundation and the Entrepreneurship Unit.

Throughout the week will be available in the hall of the Faculty of Pharmacy UVemprén stand to provide information about the training and entrepreneurship programs offered by the University. In addition, there will be different stands of companies and start-ups that have been created by university students who have participated in one of these programmes. Finally, the Entrepreneurship Week is scheduled to close on 21st October with the awards ceremony of the UVemprén-Santander Universities campus (UVemprén StartUP, ARTemprén, Explorer, IngeniaUV and Health, Food & Science).
