The Institute of Corpuscular Physics (IFIC, CSIC-Universitat de València) and the employment service of the Universitat de València, UVempleo, have organised a networking session that has gathered 11 companies to get doctoral students and young post-doctoral researchers of IFIC in the field of high physical energies of selection processes closer to the private sector.
The session started with a 5 minute presentation. Then, the attendees were able to interact with the representatives of these companies and know the procedures of selection.

The Institute of Corpuscular Physics (IFIC) has encompassed this activity in a series of sessions to improve the employability of the doctorates since they started on 22nd February with the talk “Jornada Profesionales IFIC”.
IFIC is a joint centre of the Spanish National Research Council and the Universitat de València focused in the research of Nuclear Physics, Particle Physics, Astroparticles and its applications in Medical Physics and other fields of Science and Technology.
UVempleo is satisfied with the networking sessions, which have concluded positively. The service is already working in agreement with this model to organise similar sessions.
