Our colleague María Gómez Rodrigo, professor at the Departament d'Història de l'Art of the Universitat de València and restorer specialized in pictorial works affected by fire, has once again made an important contribution to the artistic heritage from the art laboratory of the Faculty of Geography and History of the University of València. He has just recovered, under the privileged gaze of a part of the students of the Degree in Art History, a Gothic panel from the end of the 15th century, burned during the Civil War and practically unrecognizable, which represents Saint Blas and is part of an altarpiece attributed to the master of Artés of the Museum of the Cathedral of Valencia.
