The submission period for the UVemprén Startup Awards 2024 is extended until November 17. This programme awards the best innovative ideas and the best entrepreneurial projects in the different categories of the university community. It also features funding by the Santander Open Academy.

In order to apply for the call you must be a student during the academic years 2023-2024 and/or 2024-2025, a graduate in the three previous official degrees, master's degrees or doctoral programmes of the Universitat de València or someone who is in possession of the UV specific degree of StartUp Management Expert.

The UVemprén Startup Awards are divided in two categories. The UVemprén Startup category offers 4 awards valued at €1000 each one and 12 runner-up prizes of €500 to the best ideas which are currently in an advanced phase of development. The other category, UVemprén Startup Empresa awards 5 prizes valued at €2000 each one to the businesses created by the students of the Universitat de València.
