Due to theincreasing global mobility on the one hand, andDiversity & Inclusion becoming a top issue inCEO’s agendes on the other hand, manyorganizations try to embed Global TalentDevelopment into Diversity and InclusionStrategy. The business case for cultural diversitywill be explained and some best practices fromcompanies such as Sodexo, SAP or Repsol willbe presented. Breve CV de la ponente invitada Anna Zelno is a specialist inleadership development, with a focus on multinational companies, NGOs and public organisations. She is an expert in Intercultural Competence and Diversity & Inclusion. Anna is Business Partner of Intercultures (consulting and training company), and teaches at Universities in Spain and in MBA Programmes at Business Schools in Poland. Anna has lived and worked in several countries, including Poland, Germany and Spain.Anna holds a BA degree in German Philology from the Jagiellonian University (Poland), an MA degree in Applied Linguistics and Cultural Studies from Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz (Germany), and an MA degree in Talent Management from the University of Valencia (Spain). She is a PhD candidate in Political Science at Wroclaw University (Poland).Anna is also founder and honorary member of SIETAR Poland and currently is the President of SIETAR Spain.
