Created in 2006 under the impulse of Bancaja, its main objective is the creation of business vocation and opportunities for the creation of new business, at the same time carrying out activities that beneficiate the entrepreneurship to promote the culture of self-employment and business creation.

The chair offers a wide programme of actions, among which stand out the organisation and carrying out of training actions such as seminars, workdays or cycles of conferences; the development of research programmes related with the study of the entrepreneur and business creation; the support of publication of monographs on the topics for research of the chair; the carrying out of cultural activities and spread of the teaching and research activity; the impulse to de development of the entrepreneur and the creation of business in the areas of influence and action of the entity.
