Doctoral student Marija Davcheva has successfully defended her doctoral thesis titled “Job Quality: Antecedents and Influence on Employee Health and Wellbeing”. The defence was carried out Monday 11 December.

This noteworthy achievement was possible thanks to the guidance and supervision of professors Vicente González-Roma, Ana María Hernández, and María Inés Tomás Marco, from the University of Valencia. The evaluation committee was made up by professor José María Peiró, from the University of Valencia; professor Leonor Pais, from the University of Coïmbra; Ana María Hernández, from the University of Valencia; and professor Lourdes Munduate, from the University of Seville.

Marija gave an impeccable presentation and successfully defended her thesis, being awarded full marks.
