The Business and Humanism Chair of the Universitat de València is defined as a meeting point to exchange knowledge among the members of the university community, public administration, entrepreneurs and professionals who work in the business field, nationally and internationally, and are specialized in the study of the humanist enterprises.

Our mission is to generate and spread relevant and useful knowledge in order to promote the civic engagement of the soon-to-be university graduates, professionals that develop executive and control tasks in the business field, public officials in economy and management areas and members of the academic community that are interested in the study of the humanist side of the enterprises.

The Chair was created in 2017, and has a double public-private sponsorship. The first sponsor and founder was the Conselleria of Sustainable Economy, Productive Sectors, Commerce and Work, and then was joined by Caixa Popular and Seidor, both commited to the social vision of business and the sustainable development of the regional territory.
