Multigenic analysis

The studies that we develop are focused, almost all of them, in studies of gene expression of the whole genome and of miRNA of different organisms such humans, mice, rats, flies, yeast, tomatoes and plants. In addition we develop studies of SNP polymorphisms, tiling and of chip on chip promoter.

The service has the most advanced system of microarrays designed by the pioneer company Affymetrix. This system, called Genechip, provides an efficient, reliable and reproducible methodology for obtaining genetic information. In addition, this platform allows the possibility of designing your own chip with the parameters and sequences that you wish.

NGS sequencing offers a great resolution at the nucleotide level for the detection of all types of genomic alterations (SNPs, indels, CNV, chromosomal aberrations) with the added benefit of not requiring prior knowledge of the sequence.

The RNA-seq technique makes possible to study the transcriptome with greater sensitivity and precision (genes expression, new isoforms, gene fusion, rare transcripts, antisense or long non-coding RNAs).

This robust, scalable system turns a broad range of high-throughput applications into affordable everyday research tolos. It is possible to carry out studies of small RNAs, miRNAs, epigenomic studies, metagenomics, genotyping, as well as targeted resequencing of regions of interest, among others.
