The opening session took place at the Aula Magna of the Centre Cultural La Nau this Monday with the attendance of the Rector of the Universitat de València, Esteban Morcillo; the Vice rectors of Internationalisation and Cooperation and the one of Training and Educational Quality Policies, Guillermo Palao and Ramón López; the General Director of Centres and Teaching staff at the Regional Ministry of Education, Research, Culture and Sports, Joaquín Carrión; and the Director of the Universidad Popular at the Ayuntamiento de Valencia, Andrés Palop. The inaugural conference was lead by José Gimeno Sacristán, professor of Didáctica y Organización Escolar, under the tittle “Desde dónde pensamos la educación los adultos”. The Universitat de València signed an institutional cooperation agreement with the Programa Nacional de Becas y Crédito Educativo of the Education Ministry at Peru with the aim of teaching this “Seminario de Gestión Pedagógica 2016”.
