The Master’s provide the exchange of students within the Erasmus programme and, for this purpose, the agreements that the University of Valencia has currently signed with other European universities are being expanded.

In this regard, it is worth noting that the University of Valencia has a long experience in mobility programmes and has an appropriate organisational structure, dedicated to perform different actions for outgoing and incoming students. Among these, could be included:

-Outgoing students: support and guidance actions at the beginning of the course, such as appropriate information about the list of the available studies of the equivalent qualifications and the economic grants that the students can request.

-Incoming students: sending detailed information to the home university for being transmitted to students. Once incorporated into the University of Valencia, the students received informative material and an explanation about the steps they should do from that point. Usually, in early October, are organised welcome days, where students are given practical information about the city, the university and their studies. Throughout the entire course are organised different sociocultural actions, from tours guided by university professors to visits to museums, institutions, etc.
Under bilateral agreements, it is established the exchange of 5 people during a period of 6 months between the University of Valencia and the University of Genève (Switzerland). The agreements are managed by the Office of International Relations of the University of Valencia, relaciones.internacionales@uv.es.

All mobility programmes are subject to the credit transfer system (ECTS), so there is a commitment of recognition of the credits done in the host university and its incorporation in the student’s academic record.

Regulations: Regulations of mobility to the University of Valencia (approved by the Governing Council on 29 October, 2013. ACGUV 196/2013).
