The admission and selection procedures consider these five criteria:
a) English level above B1;
b) Knowledge and experience related with psychology of work, organisations and human resources;
c) motivation;
d) Knowledge of psychology and the methodology and statistics used in this discipline;
e) Knowledge of the national languages of the partnership.

Therefore, criteria can be divided into three categories:
a) Some are directly related with the discipline (e.g. psychology degree – the qualification is protected in some partner countries, psychology knowledge);
b) Other have to do with being proficient in a language, English being more predominant; and
c) Attitudinal and behavioural aspects with special emphasis on full-time dedication.
