PhD in Economics and Business (Cum Laude) and assistant professor in the Department of Business Management "J.J. Renau Piqueras" at the University of Valencia. Graduate in Labor Relations and Human Resources and Master's in Business Management (Universitat Jaume I). I teach in several degree programs in the area of business organization and supervise final degree projects and external internships in companies. I am part of the GRECO research group (Group for Research in Strategy, Competitiveness, and Knowledge and Innovation Management), and my research focuses primarily on dynamic capabilities, family business, and human resources management. I have professional experience in the business field and data analysis.
