Biography
PhD in Management Full Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Valencia and Co-Director of the Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management. My research and teaching areas are related to human resource management, workplace well-being, and attitudes and behaviors at work. I have published my research in prestigious journals such as Human Resource Management, Business Research Quarterly, and Personnel Review.
I have led four competitive research projects funded by the Ministry and regional governments and have participated as a member in six national and regional competitive projects. I have also led several applied projects focused on designing organizational structures for both private companies and public administration. I have served as Head of the Human Resources and Organizational Behavior General Track at the European Academy of Management.
In addition, I have extensive experience as an executive in the private sector. I am currently an Associate Editor of Thunderbird International Business Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Spanish Journal of Psychology. I have been a visiting researcher at the University of Bath and Sapienza University of Rome, and I am a Research Associate at the Future of Work Research Institute (University of Bath).
