I am Full Professor at the University of Valencia and co-Director of the Master in HRM, holding a PhD in Management. My research and teaching interests include human resource management, work-related well-being and employees attitudes and behaviors. I have published my results in journals such as Human Resource Management, Business Research Quarterly or Personnel Review, among others. I have participated and led research projects from public funding programmes, and different applied projects focused on designing the organizational structure in private companies and in the Public Administration. I have chaired the General Track on HRM & OB at the European Academy of Management. I also have and extensive experience in management positions in private companies. I am currently associate editor in the journals Thunderbird International Business Review, Journal of Applied Psychology and Spanish Journal of Psychology. I also collaborate with Sapienza, Università Degli Studi di Roma, and I am Research Associate at the Future of Work Research Institute at the University of Bath.
