Biography

Andrés Salas Vallina is Assitant Professor in the Business Management Department at the University of València. His research and teaching interests include human resource management, happiness at work and innovation, including leadership, leader-follower relationship, organisational learning and innovation. He has published his results in journals such as Employee Relations, Personnel Review or Journal of Business Research. He has participated in different national and international research projects, and has had extensive experience in management positions in private companies.
