Assistant Professor of Civil Law (accredited as Associate Professor) and Visiting Professor at the Università degli Studi di Firenze.

He holds a PhD in Law from the Universities of Bologna and Jaume I of Castellón. He also obtained his Law Degree from Universitat Jaume I and completed the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and the Master’s Degree in Business Law, specializing in Commercial Law, at the University of Valencia.

He has carried out several research stays at prestigious international academic institutions, including the Università degli Studi di Firenze, Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, and Sapienza Università di Roma. He has also participated as a speaker in national and international conferences and seminars and has been a member of various scientific organizing committees.

He is the author of several articles published in specialized legal journals, book chapters in collective works, and a monograph. His main research interests focus on distribution contracts and Consumer Law.
