Beatriz de Zúñiga has a degree in Journalism (2007-2012) and a degree in Law (2014-2019) from the Universitat de València.
She is currently the Head of Art and New Narratives at the regional newspaper Las Provincias, where she started working in 2011. Likewise, she combines her daily work in the newspaper with that of associated professor in the Degree in Journalism at the University of Valencia since 2018. She also tutors Final Degree Reports (Trabajos Fin de Grado). Theses, especially related to the written report modality. 
During her professional career she has received several awards and recognitions such as the Revelation Journalist of the Valencian Community, the distinction of the SND-E to the Best Designed Newspaper in Spain, Portugal and Latin America, as well as different medals to individual works and the award to the Best Designed Newspaper in Europe in the European Newspaper Award under her prefecture in 2022.
