Maria Orero-Blat, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Management at the University of Valencia. She holds a double international degree in International Business (Universitat de València and Hochschule Bremen). a Master's degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship (Universitat de València) and a Master's degree in Digital Business (Universitat Politècnica de València). Her research focuses on the fields of digital transformation, HR analytics, digital skills and organizational culture. She has published her research in high-impact journals such as the Journal of Innovation & Kowledge, Review of Managerial Science or Journal of Business Research and has participated in international conferences as a speaker and member of the academic and organizing committee. She has made international stays at prestigious universities such as the University of Turin (Italy), Edinburgh Napier University (United Kingdom) and Tecnológico de Costa Rica. She works on entrepreneurship training activities and projects at an international level and on teaching innovation projects such as the creation of MOOCs. She is also a business consultant in collaboration with the spin-off Cultural Fit Solutions.
