Biography

Dr. Carolina Molineris Associate Professor in the Department of Social Psychology at the University of Valencia, Spain. She is researcher at the Research Institute IDOCAL, and develops her teaching activity in the area of WOP Psychology. Her primary research interest include organizational justice and trust as well as service quality, well-being and emotions at work.

. Carolina Moliner es Licenciada en Psicología (2000), por la Universidad de Valencia, cursando un año de estudios en la Universidad de Exeter (UK). Obtuvo un doctorado internacional en Psicología Social (2004), con una estancia y codirección de tesis en el Eller College of Management de la Universidad de Arizona (EE.UU.). Su trabajo doctoral fue distinguido con la mención Cum Laude y el Premio Extraordinario de Doctorado otorgado por la Universitat de València. Actualmente, es investigadora en el Instituto IDOCAL de la Universitat de València (www.uv.es/idocal). A lo largo de su trayectoria, ha participado en más de 10 proyectos de investigación competitiva, actuando como Investigadora Principal (IP) en tres de ellos. Su productividad investigadora es destacable, con numerosas publicaciones en revistas indexadas en Journal Citation Reports (JCR). Ha sido reconocida con tres sexenios de investigación, el último concedido en 2022. ha dirigido más de 20 trabajos de final de máster dentro del programa Erasmus Mundus en Psicología del Trabajo, las Organizaciones y los Recursos Humanos (WOP-P) y ha co-dirigido cuatro tesis doctorales en los últimos 10 años. Sus indicadores académicos reflejan un índice h de 9 en Web of Science y 21 en Google Scholar. Carolina Moliner es Profesora Titular de Universidad y miembro del Programa de Doctorado en Recursos Humanos (www.uv.es/docrrhhuvus), un programa interuniversitario entre la Universitat de València y la Universidad de Sevilla. Además, participa en el Master Erasmus Mundus en Psicología del Trabajo, las Organizaciones y los Recursos Humanos (www.erasmuswop.org) y en el International Joint Master of Research in Work and Organizational Psychology, impartido en colaboración con la Universiteit Maastricht y la Universität Lüneburg (www.maastrichtuniversity.nl/fpn/jointmaster), con un enfoque íntegramente orientado a la investigación. Ha realizado estancias como profesor visitante en la Universidad de Arizona (Tucson, Arizona, USA), Portland State University (Portland, Oregon, USA) y la Universidad de Veracruz (Veracruz, Mexico). A lo largo de su carrera investigadora, ha publicado más de 57 artículos científicos en revistas internacionales de alto impacto, como European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Behavioral Decision Making, Personnel Review o Research in Developmental Disabilities. Ha sido miembro de comités editoriales de revistas internacionales como Journal of Management e International Journal of Stress Management. Además, ha coeditado tres libros, es autora de 16 capítulos de libros y ha presentado más de 90 trabajos en congresos especializados en su área, incluyendo eventos de gran prestigio como SIOP, EAWOP e IAAP..
