Carlos Vicente Pomer Monferrer has been Head of the International Relations and Cooperation Service at the University of Valencia since 2010. He is a career civil servant in the A1 sub-group at the University of Valencia and the Generalitat Valenciana (currently on leave), with extensive experience in university management and public administration.

He joined the University of Valencia in 2004 as Administrator of the Faculty of Psychology. Since 2010, he has held the position of Head of the International Relations and Cooperation Service, where he coordinates the University of Valencia’s policies on internationalisation, academic mobility, and development cooperation.

He holds degrees in Law and in Political Science and Public Administration, and a Master’s degree in Law and Information and Communication Technologies from the University of Valencia.
