Martí Clua Torres is currently preparing his PhD dissertation on the works of Ernt Cassirer and Hans Blumenberg within the emergence of Conceptual History in Germany, under the supervision of Faustino Oncina Coves, at the Universitat de València.

With a bachelor’s in philosophy (UB, 2018) and a Master’s degree in Teacher Training in Obligatory Secondary School Education (UB, 2019). He has benefited from grants by the government, such as the Collaboration Grant with University Departments (2017) or the FPU (2019). This last grant allows him to work on his thesis as research member of the group Historia Conceptual y crítica de la Modernidad. He did a research stay at the Deutsches Literaturarchiv of Marbach (Germany), thanks to the Deutschen Schillergesellschaft, to study the unpublished source documents of Blumenberg’s Metaphorology.
