Biography

Trainee Research Staff in the Social Psychology Department (IDOCAL).

Psychology graduate in the University of Valencia (2015) and extraordinary prize of the Erasmus Mundus in Work Master's Degree, Organizational and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P, 2017) by the University of Valencia and the Univerisdade de Coimbra (Portugal). Grant from the VLC Campus of international excellence. Currently developing his PhD in Human Resources Psychology at the IDOCAL, focusing on occupational health and performance from the perspective of positive organizational behavior (POB). Grant for his training as university professor (FPU) by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport.
