I am a Professor of Procedural Law. I specialize in the law of evidence and judicial protection for crimes of gender violence. I currently dedicate myself to researching strategic climate litigation, with a special interest in defending the rights of future generations.

I am an Alexander von Humboldt Foundation fellow and have completed numerous research stays at prestigious research centers and universities.

I speak fluent English, German, and Spanish.
