Graduate in Information Sciences and in Geography and History. D. in Contemporary History, he has been a Professor at the University of Valencia since 2006. He teaches Economic Journalism, Film Journalism and History of Communication. Previously he was a professor at the Universidad Cardenal Herrera since 1992.
He has taught doctoral and master's degree courses as a guest professor at the University Jaume I and the University of Valladolid.
In addition to the professional career he has developed in different media such as the newspaper Mediterráneo de Castellón, Radio Televisión Valenciana or the film production company Abaco Films, he has carried out almost all his professional activity in the field of teaching and research.
He has published and edited several works on the History of general communication, Spanish and Valencian Journalism, Propaganda, Satire in communication and History of cinema, throughout the last three decades of activity. In addition to coordinating various research activities such as conferences and projects. His works include the History of Social Communication, or The Valencian Press during Francoism.
