Yolanda Estreder, PhD in work and organizational psychology. Associate Professor in the Department of Social Psychology at the University of Valencia and a researcher at IDOCAL (Research Institute in Personnel Psychology, Organizational Development, and Quality of Working Life). Teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The research areas focus on psychology, linguistics and technology.
