Biography

Cristina Expósito de Vicente, PhD International Mention in Sciences of Religions from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) (2020), with the distinction "Sobresaliente Cum Laude". She holds a degree in Art History from the University of Valencia (2014), a Master's degree in Sciences of Religions at the UCM (2015), a Master's degree in Feminist Studies at the UCM (2016) and a Master's degree in Analysis and Authentication of Works of Art at University of Valencia (2021).
She was a postdoctoral researcher Margarita Salas (Complutense University of Madrid) at the University of Valencia, in the Department of Art History (2023-2024). And currently, she is a Postdoctoral researcher of the Generalitat de Valencia (2024-2026) at the University of Valencia, Art History Department.
She is part of the Research Group of the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain) called “Bible. Texts and Iconography”.
Since 2017, she is the Secretary of the Association for Research in Sciences of Religions (UCM).
Since 2021, she is a member of the Middle East Committee of the International University Observatory of Intangible Culture and Global Village – UNESCO Chair of the University of Valencia (Spain).
