PhD in International Cooperation and Development from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, and with various Masters and postgraduate degrees in Innovation and Science Management; in Talent Management and Strategic Development; and in Sustainability, Sabrina Femenía is a professional with great skills in the areas of management, strategy, organization, project and people management, with experience in business administration.

She is Vice President of the Spanish Association of Ejecutiv@s and Consejer@s Eje & Con, whose ultimate goal is to promote talent without gender and without generation, as well as the promotion of women in the management commites.

She is associate professor at the University of Valencia, and other Valencian universities, and author of multiple opinion articles in general and specialized media.
