University Professor in the Department of Marketing and Market Research at the University of Valencia (Spain). She holds a PhD in Marketing with international distinction and received the Extraordinary Doctoral Award from the University of Valencia. She has conducted research stays at the University of Naples Federico II. Her main research interests include consumer behavior, services marketing with sectoral applications in tourism, innovation, value co-creation, and strategic marketing.

Her work has been published in prestigious international journals such as the Journal of Business Research, Knowledge Management Research & Practice, International Journal of Innovation Management, and International Journal of Innovation Science, among others. She has also participated in numerous international conferences, receiving several awards, including Best Paper at GIKA (Global Innovation and Knowledge Management) 2014, Best Presentation at the XXIV IAPNM (International Congress on Public and Nonprofit Marketing) 2025, and Best Paper in the "Innovation in Sustainability" category at the IV CISMES (International Congress on Sustainability in Higher Education) 2026.

Her experience as a lecturer and researcher at the undergraduate and graduate levels began in 2011, and she is a member of the Research Group on "Innovative and Sustainable Solutions in Services" (SIV) at the University of Valencia.
