Francesca Zermiani is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Valencia since 2025, under the supervision of Prof. Ladislao Salmerón in the ERI Lectura Research Structure. She conducted her PhD at the University of Stuttgart (Germany) within the International Max Planck Research School for Intelligent Systems (IMPRS-IS) program. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Language Studies from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice (Italy) and a Master’s degree in Cognitive Science from Lund University (Sweden). Her research interests include educational technologies, eye tracking, reading and attentional processes. She works on the EYE-TEACH Horizon Europe Project.
