He is a Full Professor of Earth Physics and Thermodynamics. In his teaching activities, he lectures in the BSc in Physics and the Master’s Programme in Remote Sensing, coordinates the Faculty’s teaching laboratory, and serves as the representative of the Faculty of Physics on the Research Committee of the Universitat de València. He has supervised five PhD theses and numerous MSc and BSc dissertations related to remote sensing and satellite data analysis. He has led both national and international research projects and is currently the Principal Investigator of the LSA SAF project at EUMETSAT, where he coordinates the development and validation of operational Earth-observation satellite products.
