David Garcia-Roger received his Ph.D. degree in telecommunications from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), in 2007. He has been visiting professor with Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (2007-2009), researcher with ITEAM at Universitat Politècnica de València (2012-2023), adjunct professor at Universitat de València (2020-2023) and he is currently assistant professor at the Departamento de Informática at Universitat de València (2023- ). He has participated as a researcher in the European projects ALPHA, METIS-II, and 5G-CARMEN. He has published about 40 papers. His current research interests include artificial inteligence, and candidate technologies for computer networks and mobile, cellular, and vehicular communication systems.
