Hernán López Hernández, Chilean lawyer, academic and researcher, is a former student of the Master's Degree in Law, Business and Justice at the University of Valencia and a doctoral candidate in Law from the same university. His research is situated at the intersection between law, philosophy and emerging technologies, with special attention to the legal challenges derived from artificial intelligence, algorithmic systems, the Fourth Industrial Revolution and its impact on fundamental rights. His career combines teaching, research and international academic management, with special interest in the digital transformation of Law, educational innovation, the regulation of emerging technologies and university cooperation between Latin America, Europe and the United States. It has developed academic and training activities in subjects related to law and technology, equality, inclusion, sexual and reproductive rights and interdisciplinary legal training.
