Associate Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Valencia, and Vice-Coordinator at this University of the Erasmus Mundus Master in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P). She is a member of the Research Institute of Human Resource Psychology, Organizational Development, and Quality of Working Life (IDOCAL). Her research topics include work stress, burnout, and leadership and has been published in international scientific journals such as International Journal of Stress Management; Cross Cultural Management: An International Journal; Anxiety, Stress, and Coping; Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, etc. She has coordinated a project about work stress and has directed several doctoral theses.
