Associate Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Valencia, and Vice-Coordinator of the Erasmus Mundus Master in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P) at the same university. She is also the Director of the Research Institute of Human Resource Psychology, Organizational Development, and Quality of Working Life (IDOCAL). Her research focuses on work stress, burnout, and leadership, and her work has been published in international scientific journals such as the International Journal of Stress Management, Cross Cultural Management: An International Journal, Anxiety, Stress, and Coping, and the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, among others. She has coordinated projects on workplace stress and leadership skills for teleworking, and has supervised several doctoral theses.
