Biography

Assistant Professor (Profesora Ayudante Doctora) at the Department of Didactics and School Organization at the University of Valencia (Spain).

She holds a PhD in Education with Cum Laude and International Distinction from the University of Valencia. Her doctoral thesis, focused on organizational and didactic strategies that contribute to the educational inclusion of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Primary Education (2023), was funded by the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities (FPU17/00372).

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education with a specialization in Therapeutic Pedagogy and an Extraordinary Award (2015), as well as a Master's Degree in Special Education (2017). She has experience in both mainstream and special education schools. She received a collaboration grant funded by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport (2015–2016).

Her main lines of research include educational intervention, attention to diversity, inclusion, and educational technology.

She has participated in several innovation and research projects funded by national and regional R&D&I calls. She has been a researcher in the CRIE group (GIUV2013-105) since the 2015–2016 academic year to the present. She is a member of RUTE (University Network for Educational Technology), RUEI (University Network for Inclusive Education), and the Spanish Network of Excellence in R&D&I and Science in Video Games (RIDIVI). She has published articles, books, and book chapters both nationally and internationally, with highlights including journals such as International Journal of Developmental Disabilities, Siglo Cero, Education Sciences, Campus Virtuales, or Revista de Educación a Distancia, and publishers such as Octaedro, Graó, and Dykinson. She has also presented papers and communications at national and international conferences such as HEAd, EDUTEC, IARTEM, and JUTE, among others.
