Javier Martínez Verdú is a Telecommunications Technical Engineer specializing in Electronic Systems. He has been an associate professor since 2016, attached to the Department of Electronic Engineering at the Higher Technical School of Engineering of the University of Valencia. He has been a member of the Governing Board of the Official Association of Telecommunications Engineering Graduates of the Valencian Community since 2013. He heads the Electronic Engineering Department at MecanoMovil S.L., a company that has participated in autonomous vehicle research projects with the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV). He received the Second National Telecommunications Liberation Award (2013) from the COGITCV (Official Association of Telecommunications Engineering Graduates of the Valencian Community).
